Once upon a time, in what feels like a lifetime ago, I followed the classic happiness formula – graduate, pick a career, achieve success, and voilà, happily ever after. It’s the script many of us were handed, but you know what? That’s a broken model.

My career began in high-stakes corporate finance, where I quickly rose to leadership. By age 30, I was one of the youngest Alternate Branch Managers at a multi-million-dollar firm. I continued to thrive while navigating intense periods of regulatory and market turbulence, including the dot-com crash and the MBS fallout. On paper, everything was adding up. Yet, beneath the surface, an unsettling emptiness grew, eroding my health and well-being.

In 2012, I took a leap of faith—leaving behind the financial security of my corporate career—and trusted my intuition to guide me into deep self-exploration and transformation.

This transformative adventure became the forge for overcoming domestic abuse, addiction, and codependency. Blending intuitive wisdom with scientifically supported practices, I healed debilitating allergies, fibromyalgia, and depression. Breaking free from these destructive patterns, I discovered that success and prosperity didn’t require compromising my integrity and values.

I’ve learned firsthand that true excellence emerges from clarity, balance, and personal alignment—because when you’re at your best, you lead at your best, in both life and business.

Today, I integrate neuroscience, emotional intelligence, intuitive strategies, and leadership methodologies to empower visionary leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals. My expertise lies in guiding intuitive decision-making, aligning personal and organizational values, and fostering sustainable growth without compromise.

The best part is sharing it with my soulmate, our amazing daughter, and our loving friends and family on the beautiful Atlantic Coast. I’m living a life I never thought possible.
